Shipping policy

Shipping We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days within the United States and 7 to 18 business days internationally, depending on the piece and the destination. Each piece ships from the atelier that makes it, so items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier.

Duties and taxes Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery unless they are shown and paid at checkout.

Address changes Write to hello@belisanne.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery address. Once a parcel has left the atelier, we cannot redirect it.
