Refund policy

Returns If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and, for shoes, in the original box. Pieces made to your measurements (Custom Size) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or different from what was ordered.

How to start a return Request a return from your order in your customer account, or write to hello@belisanne.com with your order number. We confirm the return and send the shipping instructions within one business day. Please wait for them before sending anything back, as returns are routed to the atelier that made the piece.

Return shipping Within the United States, standard return postage is reimbursed together with your refund, so returns are complimentary. For international returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense, and any duties or taxes paid on import are not refundable by us.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned piece has been received and checked, usually within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Exchanges Exchanges for another size or colour are handled as a return followed by a new order, so the replacement can ship without waiting for the return to arrive.

Damaged or incorrect items If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
